If you’re lucky enough that your wedding date lands right in the middle of Edmonton’s fleeting cherry blossom season, the result will be wedding photographs that are nothing short of stunning – just like these ones from Freemark Photography of Roberto and Rathada’s wedding. We absolutely love The Oasis Centre as an elegant wedding venue, and it made the perfect backdrop for this classy couple’s dream wedding, complete with a cookie bar, a surprise choreographed dance, and a whole lot of smiles.

The story behind the photos:
Roberto + Rathada opted for a first look in the Oasis Centre Gardens so that it would allow them the most time with their guests. Their day was filled with traditions unique to them and their families. Roberto’s grandparents flew in from El Salvador which was very special to them. From the first look to the last dance every detail was perfect. From the cookie dessert bar made by the groom’s sister to the choreographed dance the groom and his groomsmen rehearsed for months to show off to his beautiful new bride. The May cherry blossoms were the perfect backdrop to Rathada’s Cambodian culture. Roberto’s custom made Henry singer suit was the perfect shade of blue.
